Cone Cake

INGREDIENTS

  • For the mass:
  • Butter 125 gr
  • Impalpable sugar 70 gr
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Egg 1
  • Buds 2
  • Zest of 1 small orange
  • Meals 0000 250 gr
  • Baking powder 8 gr
  • For the meeting
  • Pastry Dulce de Leche 700 grams
  • Chocolate or pastry tub 350 grams
  • Cocoa butter or butter 50 grams

Process:
1. For the chilly dough, place the smooth butter in a bowl with the powdered sugar and a pinch of salt. Beat till creamy. Steadily add the egg and yolks, proceed beating till a homogeneous cream types once more. Taste with orange zest.
2. Sift the flour with the baking powder on a bit of parchment paper. Add to the cream and blend till built-in.
3. Stretch the dough right into a round form of roughly 4 millimeters between two items of plastic paper. Put within the fridge for half-hour.
4. Take away the plastics and place it on a 22 centimeter diameter ribbed or clean tart pan and line a mould with dough) neatly. Trim the perimeters and put aside within the fridge for half an hour.
5. Preheat the oven to 170°C (average oven) cook dinner till golden brown.
6. As soon as chilly, make dulce de leche flakes overlaying all the floor. Put within the freezer for quarter-hour.
7. Soften the chocolate with the cocoa butter, mood if crucial and coat the cake.
8. Adorn with grated coconut or nuts.
