Full low calorie salad

Lettuce, 1 massive plant or two small crops (33 Kcal)

Preparation

– Wash the lettuce very properly, drain it and lower it into items by hand.
– Peel and grate the carrots.
– Wash and lower the tomatoes into cubes
– Boil the beans till they’re tender, take away them and lower them into two or three elements
– Peel and lower the onion, first into slices after which into small items (don’t chop)
– Combine all components.
– Season on the final minute with a French dressing made with the oil and vinegar or lemon juice.
– Salt, stir very properly and serve.
