COLD TIRAMISU CAKE

INGREDIENTS

  • – Manteca ointment 200 g
  • – Sugar 100 g
  • – 2 massive yolks
  • – Flour 0000 400 g
  • – Vanilla
  • – Half a teaspoon of baking powder
  • – Tiramisu ice cream

Chilly cake with tiramisu ice cream and shortcrust pastry

PROCEDURE:

1. In a bowl, place smooth butter, sugar and cream. Add the yolks and essence. Lastly the flour and baking powder.
