INGREDIENTS

- Espresso filling:

- – 125 g of powdered sugar.
- – 40 cc of espresso.
- Espresso glaze:
- – 100 g of powdered sugar.
- – 20 cc of espresso.
COFFEE CAKE with a scrumptious glaze and plenty of nuts
PROCEDURE:
1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
2. Grease two 20 cm diameter molds.
3. Course of the walnuts till they’re half powder.
4. Beat butter and sugar, add the eggs separately, beating after which the nuts.
