INGREDIENTS

- – Grated coconut 220 g.
- – Sugar 150 g.
- – Milk cream 150 cc.
- – Eggs 3 items.
- – Lemon zest 1 unit.
- – Dulce de leche pastry chef 500 g.
- – Chocolate.
Traditional COCONUT CAKE AND DULCE DE LECHE with chocolate threads that appears spectacular .
PROCEDURE:
1. For the dough: Combine sugar, eggs, water and butter. Place the flour within the middle and blend, with out kneading, with the assistance of a cornet.
2. As soon as the components are mixed, combine (mill) with the palm of your hand a couple of times to complete combining all of the components. Wrap in plastic wrap and put within the fridge for 1 hour.
3. Stretch the fundamental dough to five mm thickness. Line a 26 cm mildew. Bake at 180º C for 10 minutes.
4. For the quilt: Hydrate the coconut and the sugar with the milk cream. Add the eggs and lemon zest . Take away the mildew from the oven. Unfold the dough with the dulce de leche.
5. Cowl with the coconut paste and bake at 180° C for 15 to twenty extra minutes . Let cool.
6. End with threads of melted chocolate , and it is able to get pleasure from!! .
