COCONUT CAKE AND CARAMEL

INGREDIENTS

  • Time:
  • – Flour 300 g.
  • – Butter 100 g.
  • – Sugar 150 g.
  • – Eggs 2 models.
  • – Lemon zest.
  • – Vanilla essence.
  • Stuffed:
  • – Caramel sauce.
  • Deck:
  • – Coco 300 g.
  • – Sugar 300 g.
  • – Eggs 2 models.
  • – Vanilla essence.

Coconut and dulce de leche cake, tremendous mega simple, a grandmother’s basic to make and revel in at house

PROCEDURE:

1. For the dough, sand with the flour, sugar and butter.
2. Add the eggs and essence.
3. Combine till mixed, place within the fridge to chill for about half-hour.
4. Line the mildew and fill with milk sweet.
5. For the topping, combine the coconut, sugar, eggs and essence.
6. Cowl the cake with coconut and place in an oven at 180ºC for about 30/40 minutes.
