COCOA CAKE AND COCONUT BREAD

INGREDIENTS

  • – 200 g of butter.
  • – 200 g of black sugar.
  • – 3 eggs.
  • – 250 g of harina leudante.
  • – 3 tbsp bitter cocoa.
  • – 4 tablespoons of sizzling water.
  • Coconut bread:
  • – 70 g of butter.
  • – 30 g of flour.
  • – 2 eggs.
  • – 1 heaping tablespoon of baking powder.
  • – 150 g of sugar.
  • – 140 g of grated coconut.
  • – 250 cc of milk.
  • – 50 g of raisins.
  • – Impalpable sugar to embellish.

PROCEDURE:
1. Combine the new water with the bitter cocoa.
2. Beat the sugar with the butter and add the egg and cocoa paste
