That is the basic pizza recipe with tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese. In Argentina, mozzarella pizza has olives and is eaten with chickpea flour fainá.
Substances:
– 1 pizza dough bun
– 200 gr. good high quality mozzarella cheese
– 8 olives
– 1 can of peeled plum tomatoes
– 4 cloves of garlic
– Olive oil, three tablespoons
– Salt, pepper and oregano
– Sugar, half a teaspoon
Preparation:
– Warmth the oven to a excessive temperature and evenly oil a spherical pizza pan, a pizza stone or a baking sheet.
– Chop the garlic and tomatoes.
