INGREDIENTS
- – Pears 250 g
- – Flour 40 g
- – Sugar 120 g
- – Eggs 3 models
- – Buds 1 unit
- – Leche 1 cup (200 cm3)
- – Milk cream 1 cup (200 cm3)
- – Processed pistachios
PEAR CLAFOUTIS, a typical French cake that you will love!
PROCEDURE:
1. Butter and flour a pyrex measuring roughly 15 x 20 cm.
2. Wash the pears properly. Minimize in half after which into slices.
3. In a bowl, combine the dry components. Make a gap and add the eggs. Combine properly and steadily add the milk and cream.
4. Pour the combination into the pyrex.
5. Drop the pear halves onto the dough. Some will sink.
6. Bake at medium temperature for 40 minutes.
