CHURRASCOS TO THE SHEET

INGREDIENTS

  • – Steaks with bone 4 items.
  • – Olive oil.
  • – Salt and pepper.
  • Lemon and Mint Creole:
  • – Lemon 2 items.
  • – Sal.
  • – Mint 1 handful.
  • – Sunflower oil.
  • Mashed potatoes:
  • – Potatoes 1/2 kg.
  • – Carrots 1/2 kg.
  • – Oil.
  • – Salt and pepper.
  • – Lemon juice.
  • – Grated ginger.

CHURRASCOS CHAPA with a spectacular Creole accompanied by rustic mashed candy potatoes and carrots!

PROCEDURE:

1. Chop the lemon with pores and skin and all the pieces into cubes, add the mint and oil.

2. Cook dinner the steaks on the plate.

3. Paint the steaks with the lemon and mint creole.

4. Boil the candy potatoes in loads of salted water and grill the carrots. Chop all the pieces and make a country puree seasoned with oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and grated ginger .

5. Serve all the pieces collectively, and luxuriate in!
