CHRISTMAS PIONON

INGREDIENTS

  • For the mass:
  • – Eggs 4 models.
  • – Sugar 4 tbsp.
  • – Corn starch 4 tbsp.
  • – Honey 1 tbsp.
  • Stuffed:
  • – Tube cheese in slices.
  • – Eggplants.
  • – Roasted bell pepper.
  • – Chopped hard-boiled egg.
  • – Cooked ham c/n.
  • – Lettuce.
  • Carrot pasta:
  • – Cooked carrot 1 unit.
  • – Salt and pepper.
  • – Orange juice.
  • – Oil.

CHRISTMAS PIONONO with carrot paste, cheese, eggplant and ham. I adopted the total recipe under.

PROCEDURE:

For the mass:
1. Beat the eggs with the sugar till they type a stiff peak. Then add the cornstarch with enveloping actions 3 times.
2. Switch the combination to a plate (40 cm x 30 cm) lined with parchment paper or silicone and cook dinner in a excessive oven for 7 minutes.

For the filling:
1. Roast the eggplants after which marinate them in garlic, salt, pepper and chopped parsley.
