INGREDIENTS

  • For the spheres:
  • – Chocolate taste of your selection 500 g.
  • – Agua.
  • – Goodies.
  • – Jams.
  • Plastic chocolate:
  • – Water 40 g.
  • – Sugar 60 g.
  • – Glucose 150 g.
  • – Cocoa butter 50 g.
  • – Chocolate 500 g.

CHRISTMAS BALLS with chocolate and goodies, lovely!

PROCEDURE:

1. Clear the chosen mould and polish to attain a very good shine.
2. Soften the chocolate within the microwave for 30 seconds, stirring vigorously to disperse the warmth and soften fully. Place the melted chocolate on the mould, make two layers and place within the fridge to unmold.
3. Unmold, fill the layers, place jams, earlier than closing, place a ribbon in order that your spheres are hanging, seal with warmth or melted chocolate becoming a member of half to half.

Plastic chocolate:
1. Place water, sugar and glucose in a pot
2. Add finely chopped chocolate and cocoa butter
