CHOCOTORTA XL

INGREDIENTS

  • Time:
  • – Butter 240 g.
  • – Sugar 360 g.
  • – Vanilla essence.
  • – Eggs 2 models.
  • – Flour 350 g + 100 g of cocoa.
  • – Bicarbonate of sodium 1 tbsp.
  • – Baking powder 1 tbsp.
  • – Pinch of salt.
  • – Milk 200 cc.
  • – Splash of lemon juice.
  • – Milk cream 130 cc.
  • Stuffed:
  • – Dulce de leche 1 kg.
  • – Milk cream 500 cc.
  • – Cream cheese 500 g.
  • To moisten:
  • – Espresso / port / cognac / chocolate milk.

PROCEDURE:

For the cake:
1. We combine the milk with a splash of lemon juice to make a buttermilk. Reserve.
2. Beat the butter with the sugar (non-obligatory, add a splash of vanilla essence).
3. We add the eggs one after the other. Then we’re going to alternate the buttermilk and the cream along with the dry elements (flour, salt, sifted baking powder and baking soda) in 2 or 3 instances.
