CHOCOLATE VOLCANO

INGREDIENTS

  • Time:
  • – Sugar 400 g.
  • – Flour 0000 270 g.
  • – Bitter cacao 30 g.
  • – Sal ½ cdta.
  • – Baking powder 1 tsp.
  • – Sodium bicarbonate 1 tsp.
  • – Pure yogurt 2/3 cup.
  • – Milk 1/3 cup.
  • – Sturdy espresso 200 cc.
  • – Vegetable oil 100 cc.
  • – Egg 2 models.
  • Stuffed:
  • – Caramel sauce.
  • – Crema.
  • – Italian meringue.
  • – Strawberries and blueberries.

This cake can’t be extra scrumptious CHOCOLATE VOLCANO with dulce de leche, cream, meringue and fruits for a birthday celebration!

PROCEDURE:
1. Beforehand warmth the oven to medium temperature and butter a savarin mould with a spherical base, sprinkle it with cocoa.
2. For the dough, in a bowl combine the flour with the cocoa, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
3. Individually, beat the eggs with the sugar and add the oil, espresso, milk and yogurt. Combine properly.
4. Combine each preparations.
5. To bake, pour the dough into the mould and bake within the oven for 45 minutes.
6. Fill with dulce de leche and cream.
7. Enhance with Italian meringue, strawberries and blueberries
