- – Cookies 200 g
- – Melted butter 80 g
- – Milk cream 200 cc
- – Yolks 4 models (80 g)
- – Sugar 80 g
- – Semi-sweet chocolate 320 g
- – Semi whipped milk cream 600 g

PROCEDURE:
1. For the bottom, crush 200 g of crammed chocolate cookies. Add 80 g melted butter and course of once more.
2. Place the dough obtained in a detachable mildew, distribute the dough evenly all through the circumference of the mildew. Place within the fridge till it hardens and cools.
3. Add the cream with half the sugar.
4. Put the yolks with the remainder of the sugar in one other bowl. Make an English one.
5. Pour over the chocolate. Let cool. Beat the cream and combine with the chocolate.
