Milk cream, 250 g

Preparation
– Beat the yolks till they’re agency.
– Put together syrup by masking the sugar with water and bringing it to medium warmth.
– Pour the syrup over the yolks in a thread, beating always till the preparation cools.
– Soften the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie.
– Take away the melted chocolate and let it cool.
– Combine the yolks with the nice and cozy chocolate.
– Beat the milk cream.
– Combine the whipped cream with the chocolate preparation.
– Place in glasses.
– Chill within the fridge for no less than 3 hours earlier than serving.
