INGREDIENTS
- – Butter 75 g.
- – Semi-sweet chocolate 225 g.
- – Mascabo sugar 150 g.
- – Eggs 2 items.
- – Vanilla essence 1 cdita.
- – Salt 1 pinch.
- – Flour 0000 90 g.
- – C/N powdered sugar (so much).
For the snack we depart you the recipe for these scrumptious chocolate cookies, ideally suited to accompany the mate!
PROCEDURE:
1. Soften ¾ a part of the chocolate with the butter.
2. Add the widespread sugar and the eggs one after the other. Add the vanilla essence, salt, flour and the remainder of the chopped chocolate.
3. Place the bowl of dough within the fridge for 3 hours.
4. Make walnut-sized balls of dough (by hand or with an ice cream scoop or giant noisemaker). Coat with powdered sugar and place on a plate with silpat or buttered parchment paper just a few centimeters aside.
5. Bake for 12 minutes at 175ºC (medium oven).
