INGREDIENTS
- Churros:
for 20 models approx.
- – Water 400 cc.
- – Milk 400 cc.
- – Tremendous salt 10 g.
- – Sugar 5 g.
- – Flour 0000 800 g.
- – Sugar c/n.
- – Dulce de leche c/n.
- – Impartial oil c/n.
- Chocolate:
- – Sugar 120 g.
- – Corn starch 30 g.
- – Bitter cacao 60 g.
- – Milk 1 L.
- – Darkish or semi-sweet chocolate 100 g.
CHOCOLATE WITH CHURROS to accompany the mate!
PROCEDURE:
For the churros:
1. Warmth the water, milk, salt and sugar till it boils for the primary time.
2. Sift the flour right into a bowl.
3. Flip off the warmth and pour the flour over the water and blend till clean.

For the chocolate:
1. In a bowl, combine sugar, cornstarch and bitter cocoa.

3. In a small saucepan, warmth the remainder of the milk till it boils.
4. Pour half of the milk over the combination and stir nicely.
5. Add the combination to the pot with the remainder of the milk, combine nicely and boil for 1 to 2 minutes to thicken.
6. Take away from the warmth and add the chopped chocolate. Combine nicely to soften and serve instantly.
