CHOCOLATE CAKE HÚMEDA

INGREDIENTS

  • – 3/4 Cup of cocoa
  • – 1 Cup flour 0000
  • – 60 g Milk chocolate
  • – 1 chdita of Ps
  • – 1/3 Cup of boiling water
  • – 200 g of butter at room temperature
  • – 1 cup of sugar
  • – 1/4 Cup of brown sugar
  • – 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • – Egg 5 unit

CHOCOLATE CAKE HÚMEDA

PROCEDURE:

1. Sift the dry substances.
2. Soften the chopped chocolate within the sizzling water and let it cool to room temperature.
3. Beat the mushy butter with the 2 sorts of sugar till creamy. Add the vanilla essence and the eggs one by one, mixing nicely after every addition.
4. Add the chocolate preparation and eventually the dry substances.
5. Combine and place in a greased and floured non-removable mildew with parchment paper on the bottom.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature (180ºC) for 50 minutes to 1 hour or till a toothpick or knife inserted comes out clear. Let cool and unmold.
