INGREDIENTS

- Flour 0000 300 grs
- Salt 1 pinch
- Bitter cocoa 60 grams
- Butter 150 grs
- Sugar 120 grams
- Egg 1
- Ganache:
- Milk cream 200 cc
- Chocolate semiamargo 200 grs
- Stuffed:
- Widespread milk sweet 800 grs
- Banana 2
- Milk cream 200 cc
