- – Chocolate semiamargo 120 g.
- – Butter 30 g.
- – Peanut flour 60 g.

A very simple dessert to make to get pleasure from at house: chocolate and peanut flour cake with ice cream
PROCEDURE:
1. For the dough, divide the yolks and whites into two bowls.
2. Beat 75 g of sugar with the yolks
3. In one other bowl, beat the 75 g of sugar with the egg whites till creamy.
4. Individually, soften the chocolate with the butter in a bain-marie.
5. Pour the chocolate into the yolk combination with actions, add the peanut flour and at last, add the egg whites two or thrice, additionally with enveloping actions.
6. Pour right into a greased mould sprinkled with cocoa and bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.
