Chocolate and orange meringue

INGREDIENTS

  • – Butter 100 grs.
  • – Cornstarch.
  • Merengue:
  • – Clara 6.
  • – Sugar 180 grams.
  • – Vinagre 1 tsp.
  • – Corn starch 1 tbsp.
  • Stuffed:

    – Chocolate semi amargo 250gr.

  • – Milk cream 250gr.
  • .

1.For the meringue, beat the egg whites till stiff and with out stopping beating, sprinkle the sugar till whipped.

2.Add the vinegar, cornstarch and combine with surrounding actions.

3.Pour the meringue onto an oblong plate buttered with butter paper sprinkled with cornstarch.

4.Cowl with chopped almonds and bake within the oven at 220 levels for 10 minutes. Decrease to 160 levels and prepare dinner for 15 extra minutes. And revel in!
