Chocolate and oatmeal squares

INGREDIENTS

  • Oat base:
  • -Instantaneous oats 180gr.
  • – Harina 0000 80gr.
  • -Muscobo sugar 130gr.
  • -Sal ½ cdta.
  • -Chilly butter 150gr.
  • For the filling:
  • -Condensed milk 2 cans (400gr).
  • -200g butter.
  • -Bitter cocoa 60gr.
  • -Yolks 6 items

1.Sand the chilly butter in cubes with the oats, flour, sugar and salt with a cornet. Place the combination on a greased 25 x 35 cm plate and press properly solely on the bottom. Precook for 10 to fifteen minutes at medium temperature.

2.For the filling: soften the butter in a pot. Pour the butter right into a bowl and add the bitter cocoa. Beat properly till properly mixed. Add the condensed milk and egg yolks.
