Choco-Flan

INGREDIENTS

  • Dry sweet:
  • -Sugar 300 grams
  • Brownie:
  • -Chocolate 125 grs.
  • -Egg 3.
  • -Flour 0000 80 grs.
  • -Sugar 125 grams.
  • -Butter 80 grs.
  • Flan:
  • -Condensed milk 1 can.
  • -Milk 1 can (condensed milk).
  • -Egg 6.
  • -Vanilla essence 1 tsp.

1.For the caramel, soften the sugar little by little in a sizzling pan, stirring with a picket spoon till it takes on the specified coloration.

2.Pour the caramel right into a flan mould and caramelize the bottom and edges.

3.For the brownie, soften the chopped chocolate with the melted butter till you obtain a ganache.

4.Cross to a bowl, add the three eggs and beat. Add the sugar and beat once more. Add the flour and combine till you obtain a sliding dough.

5.For the flan, beat the eggs, add the condensed milk, vanilla essence and complete milk. Combine effectively, beating.

6.To assemble, pour the brownie dough over the caramel after which pour the flan over the brownie.

7.To prepare dinner, place in a preheated oven in a bain-marie for 25 minutes.

8.Let it cool, unmold and the combination can be reversed.
