INGREDIENTS
- For the chipa:
- – Cassava Starch 1 kg.
- – Butter 200 g.
- – Baking powder 40 g.
- – Sal 16 g.
- – Sardinian queso 300 g.
- – Pategras cheese 700 g.
- – Milk 250 cc.
- – Garlic powder 1 tsp.
- – Floor chili 1 tsp.
- – Laurel 2 leaves.
- – Orange juice 200 cc.
- – Eggs 4 items.
- For the corn filling:
- – Butter for sautéing.
- – Corns 3 items.
- – Greening 2 branches.
- – Garlic 2 cloves.
- – Basil a handful.
- – Cumin.
- – Salt and pepper.
- Thick white sauce:
- – Butter 60 g.
- – Flour 60 g.
- – Milk ½ L.
- – Salt and pepper.

CHIPS FILLING:
For the chipa:
1. First infuse the milk with the garlic powder and the bottom chili and bay leaf till it virtually boils.
