CHIPA PIZZA WITH STUFFED EDGE

INGREDIENTS

  • – Cassava starch 500 g
  • – Baking powder 1 tsp
  • – Mar del Plata sort cheese 150 g
  • – Queso reggianito 150 g
  • – Queso tybo 150 g.
  • – Butter 100 g
  • – Eggs 4 models
  • – Milk 10 tbsp
  • – Sal 10 g.
  • Further:
  • – Tybo or mozzarella cheese sticks on a stick
  • Covers:
  • – Margarita:

    tomato sauce + basil + mozzarella + salt + oil.

  • – White spinach and cheese sauce:

    White sauce (40 g of butter + 40 g of flour + 500 cc of milk), wash the spinach leaves and sauté them with just a little garlic, chop them and blend with the white sauce. Add grated cheese final.

PROCEDURE:

1. In a big bowl, combine the cheeses (half grated and half chopped), the starch and the baking powder with the butter. The concept is that it varieties like a “sandblast”.
2. Add the eggs and milk little by little till it begins to return collectively. It must be a moist dough however not sticky to your arms. That’s the level.
3. Make 200/300 g buns and stretch them in a pizza pan, place cheese sticks on the sides, fold the sting and bake for 10 to fifteen minutes relying in your oven.
