INGREDIENTS
- – Butter 200 g.
- – Cassava starch 1 kg.
- – Corn flour 80 g.
- – Complete milk 250 cc.
- – Eggs 4 items.
- – Semi-hard cheese 250 g.
- – Sardinian/Reggianito queso 250 g.
- – Sal 25 g.
- – Orange juice 20 cc.
- Tomato salad:
- – Combine de tomates 500 g.
- – Purple onion 1/2 unit.
- – Quince vinegar.
- – Sugar.
- – Olive oil.
- – Sal.
- – Recent basil.
PROCEDURE:
- Place the starch with the grated cheeses in a bowl. In one other bowl, combine the eggs with the milk, salt, orange juice and melted butter. Add little by little to the dry substances and blend till forming a sandy combination.
- Warmth a heavy-based frying pan. Soften somewhat butter and place a layer of the sanding (roughly 1cn excessive) and with the again of a spoon press the perimeters in order that it joins. When it comes off, flip it over and prepare dinner just a few extra minutes on the opposite facet.
Tomato salad:
- Lower the pink onion into effective julienne strips, make a fast pickle with salt, sugar and vinegar.
- Lower the tomatoes.
- Assemble the salad.
