CHIPA MBEYU

INGREDIENTS

  • – Butter 200 g.
  • – Cassava starch 1 kg.
  • – Corn flour 80 g.
  • – Complete milk 250 cc.
  • – Eggs 4 items.
  • – Semi-hard cheese 250 g.
  • – Sardinian/Reggianito queso 250 g.
  • – Sal 25 g.
  • – Orange juice 20 cc.
  • Tomato salad:
  • – Combine de tomates 500 g.
  • – Purple onion 1/2 unit.
  • – Quince vinegar.
  • – Sugar.
  • – Olive oil.
  • – Sal.
  • – Recent basil.

PROCEDURE:

  1. Place the starch with the grated cheeses in a bowl. In one other bowl, combine the eggs with the milk, salt, orange juice and melted butter. Add little by little to the dry substances and blend till forming a sandy combination.
