INGREDIENTS
- – 500 g of cassava starch.
- – 10 g of nice salt.
- – 400 g grated Mar del Plata cheese (or any semi-hard cheese).
- – 100 g of butter.
- – 1 eggs.
- – Milk c/n.
CHIPS FOR THE MATE get pleasure from some spectacular scorching chips!!
PROCEDURE:
1. Make a sandblasting with the starch, salt, cheese and butter. Add the egg and milk. Kind a homogeneous mass.
2. Make 25 g buns.
3. Place them on a baking sheet separated from one another.
4. Cook dinner for roughly quarter-hour at 180ºC (average oven).
