Chimichurri

Chimichurri is the normal sauce par excellence that’s used to season items of roast meat.

Components

Impartial oil (sunflower) ½ cup
Garlic, 4 cloves finely chopped
Finely chopped parsley, ½ cup
Coarse salt, 2 tablespoons
floor chili, 1 tablespoon
Black pepper, 1 teaspoon

Preparation

– Combine the garlic, parsley, coarse salt, floor chili and pepper in a glass jar.
– If it’s going to be used and you don’t want to avoid wasting the surplus, add a splash of boiling water, in any other case skip this step.
– Add the oil, stir properly and let it sit for some time in order that it takes on taste.
