INGREDIENTS
- – White cabbage 1 unit.
- – 1 giant onion.
- – Chopped garlic.
- – Parsley.
- – Cooked rice 300 g.
- – Grated cheese 100 g.
- – Salt and pepper.
- – Nutmeg.
- – Mushrooms 250 g.
- For the sauce:
- – Crema 250 cc.
- – Salt and pepper.
- – Hydrated pine mushrooms 1 handful.
- – Grated cheese to gratin.

PROCEDURE:
1. For the leaves, boil the cabbage in a big pot (with the bottom and trunk lower off to launch the leaves). Reserve the big ones.
