INGREDIENTS
- – Hen thigh leg
- – Flour
- – Oil
- – Soy sauce 50 ml
- – Water 150 ml
- – Sugar 2 tbsp
- – Inexperienced onion (Inexperienced half)
- – Ginger
- – Chopped parsley
– Lower the hen into giant cubes, dredge them in flour and seal them in a frying pan with slightly oil.
– As soon as it’s browned on either side, add the soy sauce, water and sugar, in relation to a boil add the greens and ginger.
– When the sauce has thickened slightly, take away the hen and lower it into strips; plate and put the sauce the place the hen was cooked on prime, sprinkle with chopped parsley and that is it!
