CHICKEN WITH RICE AND LENTILS

INGREDIENTS

  • – 1 rooster in eighths with pores and skin.
  • – Wine vinegar.
  • – Salt and pepper.
  • – Laurel.

  • – Garlic 3 cloves.
  • – Olive oil.
  • – Pink bell peppers.
  • – Eggplants.

  • RICE WITH LENTILS:
  • – Floor cumin.
  • – Olive oil.
  • – Butter 3 tbsp.
  • – Onions​​​ 2 models.
  • – Laurel​​​​ 2 leaves.
  • – Turmeric​​​ 1 cda.
  • – Double Carolina Rice 2 ½ cups.
  • – Black raisins 1 cup.
  • – Hen broth​​​ 6 cups.
  • – Small lentils ¾ cup.

PROCEDURE:
