CHICKEN WITH LEEK CREAM

INGREDIENTS

  • – 1 hen reduce into 8.
  • – 4 white chopped leeks.
  • – 2 cloves of garlic, sliced.
  • – 100 g of flour.
  • – 1 glass of white Vermouth.
  • – 50 g of butter.
  • – Salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  • – 1 pumpkin

PROCEDURE:

1. Sauté the chopped white leeks with the garlic slices in butter and oil.
