CHICKEN WITH CIDER

INGREDIENTS

  • Rooster thighs 6 u.
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Onion 1 u.
  • Parsley
  • Cider 1 glass
  • Cream a squirt
  • Sal
  • Pepper
  • Chopped parsley
  • Potato garnish
  • Papa’s 4 o’clock.

  • Tomate cherry 300
  • Basil leaves

Great CIDER CHICKEN tremendous simple to make:

  • Bone the rooster, seal and brown effectively. Add the garlic, onion and deglaze with the cider. Prepare dinner 25 minutes.
