INGREDIENTS
- – 4 Heads of Garlic.

- – Natural rooster 1 unit.

- – Vermouth seco 250 cc.
- – Scorching 250 cc.

- Batatas con Toum, Alioli Libanes:
- – Small candy potatoes 8 models.
- – Corn oil 1 cup.
- – Garlic cloves 1/3 cup.
- – Lemon juice 2 tbsp.
- – Butter 4 tbsp.
- – Honey 2 tbsp.
- – Mustard seeds 2 tbsp.
- – Fennel seeds 2 tbsp.
- – Sal c/n.
Take pleasure in this nice dish: rooster with 40 garlic, accompanied by candy potatoes with toum sauce, a spectacular Lebanese aioli. Beneath is the complete recipe
PROCEDURE:
1. Separate all of the garlic cloves, depart their pores and skin on, and prick with a small knife.
2. Dry the rooster effectively with kitchen paper.
3. Salt the rooster effectively (in and out).
