INGREDIENTS
- Meatballs:
- – Breasts 1 kg.
- – Purple onion 1 unit.
- – Garlic 2 cloves.
- – Coriander 1 handful.
- – Salt and pepper.
- – Honey.
- – Coconut milk (do-it-yourself coconut + boiled water + mix and filter).
- – Chauchas 300 g.
- – Curry 1 cda.
- – Toasted sesame.
- – Salt and pepper.
- Greens:
- – Carrot 2 models.
- – Zuchini 1 unit.
- – Onion 1 unit.
- – Pink and inexperienced bell pepper 1 unit.
- – Salt and pepper.
CHICKEN MEATBALLS WITH VEGETABLES
PROCEDURE:
1. For the meatballs, course of the rooster together with the cilantro, salt, pepper, curry and pink onion.
2. Type a paste, assemble meatballs and put aside.
