CHICKEN MEATBALLS WITH MASHED POTATOES AND CAULIFLOWER

INGREDIENTS

  • – Hen Supreme 1 unit.
  • – Onion 1 unit.
  • – Half-unit bell pepper.
  • – Carrot 1 small unit.
  • – Dry garlic 1 tsp.
  • – Dried oregano 1 tbsp.
  • – Grated ginger 1 tsp.
  • – Salt and pepper.
  • – Garlic 1 clove.
  • – Laurel 1 leaf.
  • Breaded:
  • – Unsalted corn flakes.
  • – Half a cup corn flour.
  • – Half a cup pre-cooked oats (see bundle that claims pre-cooked).
  • – Salt and pepper.
  • – Additional flour.
  • – Eggs.
  • Mashed potatoes and cauliflower:
  • – Potatoes 4 items, reserve the pores and skin (put within the oven alone to accompany the puree).
  • – Cauliflower.
  • – Garlic 6 cloves.
  • – Leche.
  • – Salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  • – Olive oil.

PROCEDURE:
