CHICKEN FISH PAPILLOTE WITH APPLE, POTATOES AND COLORED GREMOLATA

INGREDIENTS

  • – Hen fish 1/2 kg or 1 kg as you want.
  • – 3 papas.
  • – 2 inexperienced apples.
  • – Onion deal with or widespread 2 items.
  • – Small bunch parsley.
  • – Garlic 1 unit.
  • – Purple bell pepper 1 unit.
  • – Inexperienced bell pepper 1 unit.
  • – Tomate 1 unid.
  • – Pepper.
  • – Sal.

  • – Lemon zest.
  • – Vinegar.

Hen fish papillote on a mattress of inexperienced apple and potatoes and a colourful gremolata

PROCEDURE:

1. Season the rooster fish with salt and pepper.
2. Peel the potatoes and lower into slices, then boil them for 3 minutes and take away and put aside.
