CHICKEN, CHED AND CHEESE CANnelloni WITH WHITE SAUCE

INGREDIENTS

  • – Boiled hen diced 300 g.
  • – Chard 1 bundle.
  • – Grated cheese.
  • – Onion 3 models.
  • – Crimson bell pepper 1 unit.
  • – Queso mozzarella 200 g.
  • – Thick white sauce 1 cup.
  • For the mass:
  • – Flour 2 cups.
  • – Eggs 4 models.
  • – Water 4 cups.
  • – Butter 1 tbsp.
  • Thick white sauce:
  • – Milk 250 cc.
  • – Flour 40 g.
  • – Butter 40 g.
  • – Salt and pepper.
  • – Tomato sauce prepared.

Selfmade hen, chard and cheese cannelloni with thick white sauce

PROCEDURE:

1. For the dough, combine a bit of water with the egg, including the flour little by little till the dough is shaped. Additionally regularly add the remainder of the flour and water. Let it relaxation for half an hour. If that you must add water to make it extra liquid,
2. Make the pancakes in a pan and put aside.
3. In a saucepan, sauté the onion, bell pepper and garlic seasoned with salt and pepper.
4. Add the uncooked chard with chopped stalks and cook dinner till it dries nicely.
5. As soon as prepared, add the white sauce, hen, and grated mozzarella cheese.
6. Assemble the cannelloni by putting tomato sauce on the underside, the cannelloni and sauce on high. Plus grated cheese and some tablespoons of white sauce.
7. Cook dinner within the oven till gratin.
