CHICKEN CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS

  • – 1 entire hen.
  • – 1 glass of white wine.
  • – 2 onions minimize into julienne.
  • – 2 cloves of garlic, sliced.
  • – 4 entire diced tomatoes.
  • – 2 carrots minimize into cash.
  • – 2 potatoes in cubes
  • – 1/4 pumpkin minimize into cubes.
  • – 50 g of peas.
  • – 2 Laurel leaves.
  • – Heat c/n.
  • – Salt, pepper and paprika.

In 3 steps you may have a scrumptious and heat hen casserole prepared!

PROCEDURE:

1. Minimize the hen into small items and seal in a saucepan. Add the onions and sauté garlic.
2. Add the wine, the bay leaf, as soon as the alcohol evaporates, add the tomatoes, peas and canopy with broth.
3. Lastly, add the greens, season and prepare dinner till they’re tender and the hen is properly cooked.
