- – Honey 1 tbsp.
- Stuffed:
- – Grated Tybo cheese 200 g.
- – Cooked ham 100 g.
- – Dried tomatoes 50 g.
- – Chopped greens, salt and pepper.
- Madamchurri:
- – Mango.
- – Purple Onion.
- – Varied herbs.
- – Lemon in brunoise with pores and skin.
- – Salt and pepper.
CHICKEN BREASTS STUFFED WITH MADAMCHURRIS
PROCEDURE:
1. For the breasts, take away the sirloin and make a pocket. Make a marinade with lemon juice, extra zest, salt, pepper, grated garlic, floor chili, olive oil and let the breasts relaxation, nicely impregnated inside as nicely.
2. In a bowl, make the filling with the coarsely grated cheese, hydrated and chopped dried tomatoes and cooked ham. Fill and shut with a toothpick, brown in a thick pan on each side.
3. Take away and brown onion with garlic. Then add the breasts and deglaze with white wine.
4. As soon as the alcohol evaporates, add the honey and inexperienced or black olives, and prepare dinner for 20 minutes. Regulate flavours.
5. For the madamchurri: Chop all of the elements and put aside.
