CHICKEN AND VEGETABLE CANnelloni

INGREDIENTS

  • Pancake batter:
  • – Egg 3 models.
  • – Flour 0000 250 g.
  • – Milk 250 cc.
  • – Water 250 cc.
  • – Parsley 1 handful.
  • – Salt and pepper.
  • Stuffed:
  • – Rooster already cooked and shredded 1⁄2 kg in broth (save the broth with greens).
  • – Chard 1 bundle.
  • – Leek 2 branches.
  • – Brunoise onions 2 models.
  • – Pink bell pepper 1⁄2 unit in brunoise.
  • – Tomato professional 1 unit.
  • – Salt and pepper
  • – Floor chili.
  • – Garlic cloves 2 models.
  • – Nutmeg.
  • – White wine 60 cc.
  • – Heat c/n.
  • – Grated cheese c/n
  • Ketchup:
  • – Crushed tomato.
  • – Grated garlic.
  • – Basil leaves.
  • – Salt and pepper.

Do they make good GRATIN CHICKEN AND VEGETABLE CANnelloni? Very do-it-yourself, with pancake dough and a spectacular filling to get pleasure from some scrumptious pasta at dwelling

PROCEDURE:
1. For the dough, beat the eggs with the milk and water. Add the sifted flour and combine as soon as extra.
2. Season, taste with chopped parsley and blend properly. Relaxation for half-hour within the fridge and make the pancakes in a pan in butter every time.
3. For the filling: sauté the onion in brunoise with the leek, add the garlic, bell pepper, chopped chard, chopped or grated tomato. Season and add the cooked, finely chopped hen. Deglaze with white wine. Cook dinner for 10 minutes with a bit of broth on the final minute.
