CHICKEN AND VEGETABLE CANnelloni

INGREDIENTS

  • Time:
  • For the pancakes:
  • – Flour 0000 8 tbsp
  • – Egg 4 items
  • – Water 200 cc
  • – Spinach ½ tied
  • – Basil ½ tied
  • – Salt to style
  • Stuffed:
  • – Thyme​​​ 2 blades
  • – Onion​​​ 2 items
  • – Rooster ½ unit
  • – Grated zucchinis 2 items
  • – Garlic​​​​ 2 cloves
  • – White sauce 3 tbsp
  • – Grated cheese 100 g

An excellent plate of do-it-yourself pasta, like these hen and vegetable cannelloni!

PROCEDURE:

1. Make a broth with the hen, onion, carrot, leek and celery.
2. Shred the hen.
3. Minimize the feather onion and fry it with sufficient oil and thyme. Add the hen
crumbled, the grated zucchini, the white sauce and the cheese.
4. Assemble the cannelloni, cowl with white sauce tomato sauce and a bit of tomato, cheese and basil leaves that burn a bit of within the oven.
5. For the pancakes, mix the eggs, spinach, basil, salt, flour and water. 6. Add water or flour as essential. Reserve within the fridge, lined, for half an hour.
