CHICKEN AND PORTOBELLO SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS

  • – 2 rooster breasts or 2 thighs.
  • – Portobello mushrooms 6 items.
  • – Provolone cheese, minimize provoleta kind 1 cm thick 6 items.

  • Gremolatta:
  • – 1 clove garlic.
  • – 1 handful of parsley, mint and thyme.
  • -Zest of half an orange.
  • -Zest of half a lemon.
  • – Vinegar.
  • – Further virgin olive oil.
  • – Salt and black pepper.
  • Dressing:
  • – Roasted carrots 2 items.
  • – Coriander 1 good handful.
  • – Garlic 1 small clove.
  • – Further virgin olive oil. c/n.
  • – Lemon juice 2 tbsp.
  • – Butter lettuce 6 massive leaves.
  • – Apple cider vinegar 10 tbsp.
  • – Sugar 3 tbsp.
  • – Mostaza 1 cda al ras.
  • – Salt and black pepper.
  • Further virgin olive oil 5 tbsp.

Scrumptious rooster sandwich with portobello mushrooms, carrot dressing with cilantro and gremolatta.

PROCEDURE:

1. Prepare dinner the rooster and mushrooms on a griddle or frying pan till browned on either side.
