- – Pulp 400 g
- – Sugar 85 g
- – Water 40 cc
- – Gelatin 18 g
We share the recipe for this spectacular cheesecake with purple fruits, with a cookie base, cream cheese and the fruits you want essentially the most to brighten.
PROCEDURE:
Cookie dough:
1. Grind the dry cookies with a meals processor till they turn out to be a powder.
2. Soften the butter.
3. Combine the bottom cookies with the butter with the assistance of a spatula and put aside.
