INGREDIENTS
- Base:
- – Vanilla cookies 150 g.
- – Butter 75 g.
- Stuffed:
- – Agency cream cheese 750 g.
- – Sugar 240 g.
- – Vanilla essence 1 tsp.
- – Egg 3 items.
- – Corn starch 35 g.
- – Milk cream 300 g.
- – Lemon juice 30 cc.
- – Widespread dulce de leche to embellish.
1.For the bottom, course of the cookies and add the melted butter. Switch to a 26 cm detachable mildew (greased) and assemble a base along with your fingers. Bake in a medium oven for five minutes. Reserve.
2.For the filling, combine the cream cheese with the sugar and vanilla essence. Add the eggs (one by one) and the cornstarch diluted in lemon juice. Combine nicely and end with the heavy cream with out whipping.
3.Pour the cream over the pre-cooked base. Bake in a low oven (140 levels) for about 90 minutes.
4.Serve the cheesecake chilly with some pink fruit sweet or with frequent dulce de leche.
