CHEESECAKE BROWNIE

INGREDIENTS

  • For the brownie:
  • – Sugar 300 g.
  • – Egg 5 models.
  • – Butter 225 g.
  • – Chocolate semiamargo 450 g.
  • – Flour 0000 165 g.
  • – Bitter cacao 1 spoon.
  • – Salt 1 pinch.
  • Additional:
  • – Egg 1 unit.
  • For the cheesecake:
  • – Agency cream cheese 450 g.
  • – Yolk 5 models.
  • – Sugar 300 g.
  • – Vanilla essence 1 tsp.

PROCEDURE:
1. Preheat the oven to 170ºC.
2. For the brownie: beat the eggs with the sugar by hand, frivolously foam.
3. Add the melted chocolate with butter and combine into the preparation with enveloping actions.
4. Lastly, add the flour combined with a pinch of salt and combine once more with enveloping actions.
5. In a 30 cm x 40 cm plate greased with buttered parchment paper and with cocoa, pour ¾ of the preparation. Reserve ¼ for marbling.
6. Bake in a preheated medium oven for five/10 minutes. Let cool.
7. For the cheesecake, beat the cheese with the yolks, vanilla essence and sugar. Combine properly.
8. Pour the cheesecake combination over the brownie.
9. Now, we take the reserved ¼ of the brownie dough once more and add an egg and combine.
10. Pour the brownie dough over the cheesecake cream and draw the marble as desired with a knife (don’t attain the underside in order to not break the bottom). Cowl with aluminum foil in order that the cheesecake doesn’t brown.
11. Bake in a preheated medium oven for 25 minutes.
12. Let cool.
