INGREDIENTS

CHEESECAKE IN GLASS with out cooking

PROCEDURE:
1. Make a syrup in a saucepan with the sugar lined with water.
2. For the bottom: Combine the flour with the sugar and add the melted butter forming a granule.
3. Bake at 170ºC till golden. Let cool.
4. For the combination: Make an Italian meringue with the egg whites and sugar.
5. Combine the cream cheese with the lemon zest. Add the gelatin beforehand hydrated with lemon juice .
6. Add the meringue to the cream cheese.
7. Place just a little crumble on the base of every glass. Cowl with the mousse and place within the fridge.
