White sauce, ½ liter
Recent cheese, 150 g
Gruyere cheese, (or different semi-hard) 150 g
Eggs, 6
Salt and pepper to style
Preparation
– Put together the white sauce
– Minimize the contemporary cheese into small cubes
– Coarsely grate the Gruyere cheese.
– Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks.
– When the white sauce is heat, add the yolks one by one, mixing consistently.
– Add the cheeses to the combination.
– Beat the egg whites till stiff (till you flip the bowl till they don’t fall out).
– Add the egg whites to the souffle preparation, stirring gently.
– Butter a baking dish that may be taken to the desk.
– Put the cheese souffle within the dish and place in a reasonable oven.
– Don’t open the oven for no less than 20 minutes as a result of the souffle will decrease.
