CHEESE SCONES

INGREDIENTS

  • There are 40 models of 5 cm.
  • – Flour 0000 450 g.
  • – Baking powder 1 tsp.
  • – Sal.
  • – Butter 120 g.
  • – Basil 1 bunch.
  • – Queso regianito 225 g.
  • – Crema 200 cc.
  • – Milk c/n.

Cheese scones to accompany the mate and revel in a pleasant afternoon

PROCEDURE:
1. Mix the flour, salt, coarsely grated cheese along with the chilly butter and work along with your arms till easy.
2. Add the chiffonade basil. Add the cream.
3. Combine nicely. If mandatory, add a couple of splashes of milk to complete becoming a member of.
4. Don’t knead, simply be a part of. Spray a few times if mandatory.
5. Roll out 2 cm large and minimize. Stow on a plate and take to the frizzer. As soon as frozen, shrink and retailer in a bag within the freezer.
6. To bake, stack on a plate leaving 1 cm between every one and take straight from frozen to a preheated oven at 160ºC till golden.
